Job Description: We are seeking a Construction Supervisor with a high school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field to coordinate and supervise projects across various locations within Tijuana. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper on-site execution of work, meeting established quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. Monitor construction progress and report status to management. Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and operational staff. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Resolve technical issues arising on site. Manage materials and resources assigned to the project. Requirements: High school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Prior experience in construction supervision. Willingness to travel to various job sites within Tijuana. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Willingness to work on site under demanding schedules and dynamic environments.
