You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring each project is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. **What You Will Do** -------------------- * Plan and execute industrial projects, including development of concept catalogs. * Justify projects using internal formats. * Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams. * Supervise progress, control budgets and schedules. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures (safety, quality, ethics). * Implement improvements in production processes and cost reduction. * Promote safe behaviors in the workplace. * Determine safe work methods and procedures together with department leaders. * Maintain flexible working hours to meet project needs. **Who You Are** * Graduate in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial project development and execution. * Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, blueprint interpretation, material specifications, and tissue paper manufacturing processes. * Strong leadership, effective communication, teamwork, and conflict management skills. * Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and strong commitment to safety. * Minimum English proficiency of 80%. **What We Can Offer You** ------------------------- Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well\-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
