Pre-Sales Supervisor, retail sales Accustomed to covering the route on foot** Monday to Saturday Salary: $12,990 per month (gross), plus commissions Additional allowances for out-of-town routes **Responsibilities:** Supervise promotional, negotiation, and pharmaceutical staff engagement activities conducted by your team Master sales operations and support your team members in achieving established goals Develop monthly work plans jointly with your team and obtain approval (VoBo) from your direct supervisor Advise the field sales representative (SAFE) in designing efficient routes aligned with the work plan Expense allowance verification Monitor and analyze sales reports Provide ongoing evaluation and coaching to your team Track and report incidents involving your team Coordinate weekly branch meetings to review key topics Visit assigned points of sale as outlined in the work plan Submit KPI reports Weekly sales report If interested, please apply with your CV
