Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pattern Maker with expertise in pattern-making processes, garment manufacturing, and Gerber System operation to develop and transform patterns. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience and skills in pattern-making processes and strong organizational ability. Requirements: \- Experience in contract manufacturing (maquila) \- Experience in garment manufacturing \- Must have shrinkage control experience \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles \- Proficiency with Gerber System version 9 \- Punctuality and strong sense of responsibility \- Open-mindedness and strong willingness to learn Responsibilities: \- Perform shrinkage adjustments, especially on denim for top and bottom garments \- Conduct FIT grading and size runs \- Develop multiple styles \- Create industrialized and scaled patterns and gradings \- Build patterns from scratch \- Develop garments from base pattern drafting and transformation, ranging from infant to adult sizes \- Complete 20 to 22 pattern-making tasks per week \- Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 7 pm (with 1 hour 30 minutes lunch break), Saturdays 9 am to 12 pm If you are interested and meet the profile, please apply without delay.
