REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science or related field. \- Experience in ERP implementation. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administer and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. * Provide technical support to users (hardware and software). * Install, configure, and update equipment, operating systems, and applications. * Manage IT security (backups, antivirus, access control, policies). * Monitor system and network performance. * Manage and coordinate technology and service providers. * Propose technological improvements to enhance efficiency across all company departments. * Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards. * Administer the company's ERP system. * Train users on the ERP system.
