Role with key payroll responsibilities We are currently looking for an experienced **accountant** to join our team. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Solid knowledge of labor law. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Contpaqi, NOI). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Analytical and numerical abilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll calculations. * Knowledge of statutory benefits, social security, complementary salary payment schemes, and customer service. * Preferable experience with payroll systems (e.g., Contpaqi). * Provide payroll guidance and advisory services. * Calculate employee salaries using Excel and payroll systems. * Payroll stamping (timbrado). * Compliance with IMSS regulations. **We Offer:** * Base net salary. * Monday to Friday work schedule. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunity.
