Junior Quality Analyst (Chemical Engineer)
Position: Junior Quality Analyst **Location:** Izcalli Industrial Park Ensure that raw materials meet established quality standards through analysis, verification, and material control, contributing to the proper functioning of production processes. Key Responsibilities * Analyze and verify raw materials according to certificates of analysis, technical data sheets, and safety data sheets. * Conduct functional and comparative testing of raw materials and alternative suppliers. * Track returns due to quality deviations. * Record, analyze, and maintain up-to-date statistical information on raw materials. * Prepare batch release certificates of analysis. * Safeguard and supervise raw material retention samples, reporting any detected deviations. * Comply with safety guidelines, internal regulations, and ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standards. Requirements * Education: Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry degree (mandatory). * Minimum experience: * 2 years in quality control or laboratory work. * 1 year in statistical analysis. * Knowledge of handling chemical substances. * Technical skills: SAP, Microsoft Office suite. * Age: 23 to 45 years. * Gender: Unrestricted.
