Your main responsibility will be ensuring that post-purchase products (reservation management, changes, additional services, etc.) operate reliably and efficiently, continuously improving their quality, stability, and customer satisfaction through data-driven decisions. **Responsibilities** * Be responsible for the reliability of digital products during the **post-booking** stage. * Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives aimed at improving the **stability, performance, and experience** of these products. * **Propose improvements in user flows that increase CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score)**. * Maintain and evolve the **product backlog**, ensuring value delivery aligned with business objectives. * Collaborate closely with developers, design, QA, support, operations, and other key stakeholders. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, refinements, retrospectives, and dailies. * Use tools such as **New Relic, FullStory, Jira, and Confluence** to monitor product health and user experience. * Identify opportunities from data, failure reports, traffic monitoring, and user behavior. **Requirements** * **1-2 years of experience as a Product Owner** in digital products. * University degree in **Engineering**, **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or related fields. * Familiarity with practices and tools of **agile methodology**. * Knowledge of management and monitoring tools: **Jira, Confluence, New Relic, FullStory**, among others. * **Data-driven** profile, with skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities, proposing solutions, and prioritizing them. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical and business teams. **Desirables** * Knowledge or experience in the **aviation**, **travel**, or **transportation** industry. * Experience in products related to **reservation management**, **flight changes**, **post-purchase services**. * Experience with data visualization tools (such as Looker, Tableau, or similar). * Intermediate-to-advanced English (technical reading and collaboration with global teams).
