Are you ready? **Objective:** Coordinate through your team the handling of our policyholders' claims in strict compliance with company regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper claims handling according to established regulations. * Coordinate teams for claims handling at roadside and repair centers. * Define strategies for cost containment. * Audit files to identify and correct process deviations. * Monitor service and profitability indicators. * Reserve management. * Communication with policyholders and sales force. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or engineering * Language: Basic English * Type and length of experience: 3 to 5 years in claims or customer service * Knowledge: Knowledge of collisions, traffic regulations, and personnel management is desirable * Tools: Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, databases) **Competencies:** Conflict management, Decision making, Change management, Accountability By becoming part of AXA, you will reach your potential to drive progress.
