Are you ready? **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond immediately to attend our customers when they are involved in traffic accidents. * Perform accurate liability assessment and claims adjustment by optimally applying the Liability Assessment Guide and traffic regulations (State and Federal). * Correctly compile supporting documentation collected at the accident site, photographs, and completion of institutional forms. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering. * Language: Basic English. * Type and length of experience: 2 years in customer service or client support, preferably in claims adjusting. * Knowledge: Traffic regulations and liability guidelines; service area: Quintana Roo. * Skills: Valid driver's license, proficiency with Office software.
