We are looking for a **Senior SAP IS-H Consultant,** You will be responsible for leading functional designs, ensuring the proper operation of the IS\-H module within our healthcare industry clients, and actively participating in transformation projects towards S/4HANA, considering product evolution and replacement scenarios (e.g., SAP Patient Accounting, external HIS/EMR solutions, clinical integrations, etc.). The candidate must have strong functional understanding, proven project experience, mastery of hospital processes, and the ability to work with solution architects, developers, project leaders, and business teams in high-demand environments. **Responsibilities:** * Lead key functional processes of the SAP IS\-H module. * Conduct requirements gathering, detailed functional design, and definition of necessary integrations with third-party HIS/EMR systems. * Configure and parameterize IS\-H, including admissions, movements, billing, contracts, and pricing rules. * Manage functional testing, end\-to\-end scenarios, UAT, and validation of relevant master data. * Develop functional documentation, technical specifications for development, and support ABAP/BTP teams. * Participate in migration or transformation projects to S/4HANA, evaluating compatibility scenarios and alternatives to IS\-H. * Ensure proper operational support and resolution of critical incidents in production environments. * Collaborate with architects and PMO to ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology, deliverables, and internal standards. * Provide coaching to junior consultants and contribute to strengthening the industry team (Healthcare). **Experience and Technical Knowledge:** * 5\+ years of experience working with SAP IS\-H in implementation, rollout, or advanced support projects. * Solid knowledge of hospital processes and administrative workflows in the healthcare sector. * Proven experience in: Patient admission and registration (AMB/URG/HOSP). * Case management, movements, orders, and services. * Integration with SAP FI\-CA or FI\-AR modules (hospital billing). * Pricing, tariffs, and contracts. * Integration with clinical systems (HL7, FHIR desirable). * Experience with SAP ECC 6\.0 and exposure to S/4HANA and transition scenarios for IS\-H is desirable. * Proficiency in documentation and requirements management tools. * Ability to generate clear technical specifications for ABAP developers. * **Intermediate conversational English.** **Soft Skills:** * Excellent communication skills with end users and technical teams. * Analytical and process-oriented design capabilities. * Proactive in proposing operational and technological improvements. * Teamwork, functional leadership, and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Organization and clarity in documentation. **Desirable:** * Experience in integrations with HIS/EMR systems (Cerner, Epic, MediSys, Tasy, etc.). * Knowledge of SAP FI\-CA applied to healthcare institutions. * SAP certifications (not mandatory). * Experience in international or multi-hospital projects. **We Offer:** * 100% on-the-books employment * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Additional benefits * Professional Development Plan * Multicultural collaboration We invite you to get to know us at http://www.neoris.com , Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram: @NEORIS.
