Description: The Head of Middle Market is responsible for the comprehensive management of the P\&L of all technical lines of P\&C (Property \& Casualty), focused on the mid-market segment. In close coordination with leaders from each business line, oversees the management of renewal portfolios and acquisition of new business, ensuring profitable growth aligned with the company's risk appetite.
