We are looking for a **Technical Project Manager** with solid knowledge of the **software development lifecycle**, a general understanding of technical architectures and services in **SaaS environments**, as well as skills to interpret technical documentation and collaborate in defining solutions and integrations (APIs, technical dependencies). Lead the planning and execution of strategic and cross-functional projects within a technology product development organization (LegalTech), using agile methodologies and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage software projects from start to finish, including planning, tracking, and delivery. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (product, engineering, operations). * Identify and remove obstacles affecting project progress. * Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development. * Support the definition of technical architectures and integration efforts. * Document project plans and ensure timely deliveries. * Establish metrics and operational improvements. * Communicate risks, progress, and releases to stakeholders. * Standardize best practices in project management. ### **Essential Requirements** * +8 years of experience managing technical projects with software teams. * +5 years working in technology companies, preferably under a SaaS model. * +3 years leading software development projects with deadlines. * Direct experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Proficiency with tools: JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Roadmunk. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical discipline. ### **Desirable** * Certifications: Scrum Master, PMP, Scaled Agilist. **Language:** Advanced conversational English (constant interaction with international teams) **Work location:** REMOTE **We offer:** * Competitive salary + bonuses. * **Statutory benefits:** IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation time. * **Additional benefits:** life insurance, funeral expense insurance, major medical expenses insurance, dental plan, minor medical expenses coverage.
