Thanks to our broad range of activities, we play a vital role in organizing society and improving the living environment for citizens around the world. **Job Description** **Responsibilities and Activities** * Supervise and coordinate **railway infrastructure** projects and rolling stock procurement. * Ensure proper **technical, economic, and administrative execution** of construction works. * Manage contractors, suppliers, and work teams, guaranteeing compliance with schedules and regulations. * Prepare progress reports, incident monitoring, and technical reports for project management. * Coordinate testing, validation, and commissioning processes. * Ensure **safety, quality, and regulatory standards** are met at every project phase. * Represent the company in technical and management meetings with authorities, clients, and contractors. **Requirements** **Essential Requirements** * **Academic Background:** + Civil, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Telecommunications, Electrical, Industrial Engineer or related field. + **Professional degree and/or Professional License required.** + For foreign studies: **Degree properly apostilled.** * **Experience:** + **Minimum 10 verifiable years** in the railway sector. + Experience in **supervision, coordination, and management of public works projects** or procurements related to **railway infrastructure**. * **Languages:** + Native Spanish speaker or official certification (DELE, SIELE or equivalent) with minimum level **B2** according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). * Availability for national and international travel. **Tools and Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of national and international railway standards (EN, ISO, AREMA, UIC, etc.). * Proficiency in design and integration software: **AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA** or similar. * Project management tools: **MS Project, Primavera P6** or equivalents. * Skills in technical report writing, document management, and quality control. * Ability in negotiation, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and interaction with suppliers/contractors.
