Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Position Objective:** To manage and implement key actions of the Transformation Vice Presidency’s strategy by aligning and prioritizing business line objectives, verifying proper platform functionality and operational compliance with architectural and security guidelines. **Responsibilities:*** Establish cell-level strategies aligned with the Transformation Vice Presidency’s objectives (evolutions, projects, infrastructure), in coordination with the Domain Deputy Director, to achieve company results. * Jointly define, with the Deputy Director, the execution plan—including measurement and control KPIs—to periodically track progress against established objectives. * Negotiate budget based on operational needs of business applications, ensuring optimal cost, activity completion, and delivery of committed results. * Ensure required cell structures are in place, guaranteeing appropriate profiles for BAU activities and providing support to meet objective-driven requirements. * Build multifunctional teams skilled across various technologies, minimizing dependencies. * Report to the business on maintenance and evolution statuses, effectively communicating progress or advances to enable necessary adjustments and achievement of results. * Identify and propose improvements enabling technology and application functionality upgrades, preventing obsolescence. * Ensure and promote compliance with information security policies and regulations, per the Information Security Access Management Policy requirements. * Ensure both the incumbent and their team understand architectural guidelines and guarantee their correct implementation. * Provide support, maintenance, and updates to custodial platforms to ensure business continuity through preventive and corrective maintenance. * Participate in the company’s strategic initiatives (e.g., new operating models and technological modernization), ensuring their adoption into BAU operations. * Promote SCRUM methodology adoption within the team using relevant artifacts to visualize priority execution. **Requirements:*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems, Engineering, or related field (completed). * **Language:** Intermediate English. * **Experience Type & Duration:** Minimum 3 years’ experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Java and Liferay technologies, and methodologies including Scrum and PMP. * **Tools:** Intermediate Office suite, Jira, Confluence, Power BI. **What We Offer You:** At AXA México, we offer you a path to enhance your skills, grow personally and professionally, and live an experience that challenges you to be better each day.
