We are looking for: Middleware Engineer Specialist Main responsibilities: * Guide factories in planning and assessing remediations, improving incident management related to middleware. * Define and maintain standards and best practices, ensuring adherence. * Establish guidelines for application configuration and migration, aligned with their area of expertise. * Serve as the subject matter expert for resolving incidents, enabling efficient troubleshooting. * Implement security controls and ensure regulatory compliance. * Analyze and propose solutions to issues and questions raised by factories. * Share knowledge and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities (from planning to successful application migration). Requirements: * **Work mode:** Hybrid (2\-3 days in office – Mexico City) * **Location:** CDMX \- EDOMEX * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Development and Functional Analysis. * Performance Engineering: Tuning JAVA (6, 8, 21\) JVM, thread pools, heap size, Garbage Collection strategies. * Cloud\-Native Middleware: API Gateways (DataPower GW), serverless integration. * Security Compliance: Middleware hardening.
