Key Objectives: * Ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. + Act as the central coordinator for programs. + Prioritize initiatives based on business objectives. + Resolve dependencies and ensure effective assignment. Key Responsibilities: * Bridge between strategic oversight (Portfolio Level) and tactical execution (POD Level). + Coordinate a group of PODs within a strategic initiative. + Align and prioritize the backlog according to the strategic initiative. + Manage risks and dependencies. + Define key POD role requirements (e.g., Product Owner, SMEs). + Ensure achievement of OKRs.
