Human by nature. **Junior Perfumer Assistant – your future role?** As a **Junior Perfumer Assistant**, you will be responsible for handling requests received by the Creation Laboratory within established and/or negotiated timelines, communicating effectively with your colleagues, leader, requesters, and clients. **Does this sound interesting?** It could be the perfect opportunity if, like us, you are passionate about maintaining process quality and contributing ideas while working as part of a team. In this exciting position, you will: * Review assigned workload daily * Assess the feasibility of weighing assigned formulas * Report any anomalies detected during the fragrance weighing process * Check physical stock levels of chemical precursors * Record all movements of used chemical precursors in control logs * Perform and generate chemical precursor balances at least every 6 months * Ensure sufficient stock of chemical precursors is always available * Request transfers or purchases of chemical precursors * Support internal, external, and COFEPRIS audits * Maintain good documentation practices at all times * Generate daily reports for formulas containing chemical precursors * Attend laboratory training sessions * Implement improvement actions within the laboratory * Support and maintain all 5S initiatives within the laboratories * Record and maintain oil weighing records in the laboratory's internal system * Support, maintain, and create work procedures according to ISO 9001 and COFEPRIS standards * Follow EHS guidelines in the laboratory at all times * Communicate with peers in other countries * Maintain clear, agile, and open communication with perfumers, evaluators, and commercial teams * Handle, control, and record chemical precursors * Perform applications according to business demand * Support registration and setup of bases * Repackage and label oils (fragrances) and bases * Prepare samples for consumer studies **You?** Are you someone who seeks growth and wants to shape your world?
