We are looking for a: Data Scientist - Databricks Specialist Main Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models in Python. * Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify actionable insights. * Build and manage data pipelines and model deployments on Azure applying MLOps practices. * Evaluate, monitor, and optimize model performance using robust metrics. * Create executive dashboards and visualizations to clearly communicate findings. * Translate technical results into clear and relevant business implications. * Actively collaborate with data, engineering, and business teams to ensure solution consistency. Requirements: * Work Model: Hybrid * Location: Mexico City * Required Experience: 3–5 years in Data Science and AI modeling * English: Intermediate/B2 level, able to communicate fluently in conversations (mandatory) * 3–5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or similar roles. * Proven experience with Databricks for model development, training, and deployment (essential). * Proficiency in Python for analysis, modeling, and automation. * Knowledge of Azure: AI Search, Functions, pipelines, and data ecosystem. * Experience with CI/CD and best practices in MLOps. * Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised machine learning, and deep learning. * Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models). * Experience using agile methodologies.
