Are you ready? **Position Objective:** Plan, control, improve, and execute current activities and new initiatives related to other areas within the company (Transformation, Audit, Internal Control, Support, Service) in order to achieve simple and automated processes for management, as well as lead, supervise, and support the work team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate follow-up and response to audits, observations, and regulatory requirements, ensuring they are executed timely and properly to achieve satisfactory results in such reviews. * Ensure transformation-related projects align with management's strategy, meet initial needs, and deliver expected benefits. * Guarantee and conduct monitoring of business continuity by identifying and following up on solutions to prevent negative impacts on management processes. * Identify, promote, and achieve implementation of automations that help improve management processes, delivering quantitative and qualitative benefits to operational processes. * Review and approve accounting entries, manage closings and control figures. * Provide support to internal clients. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor's degree. * Language: Basic English. * Type and length of experience: 2 years in insurance accounting, project implementation (not limited to these). * Knowledge: Accounting, bank reconciliations, revenues. * Tools: Intermediate Office skills, Excel (intermediate/advanced). * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. * Location: Querétaro or CDMX. **Competencies:** * Organizational skills. * Results orientation. * Motivation and inspiration. * Business knowledge.
