Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or graduate in Systems/Computer Science with technical support experience to provide assistance in the installation, maintenance, and control of technological equipment, demonstrating a service-oriented and proactive attitude. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and hardware and software maintenance. 2. Control and inventory of technological equipment and incident tracking. 3. Proactive, organized, and user-service-oriented. Main Responsibilities: * Provide basic technical support to users. * Installation and configuration of computer equipment. * Preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance. * Support for internal networks and internet. * Control and inventory of technological equipment. * Tracking of technological incidents. Requirements: * Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (completed or in progress). * Basic knowledge of networking, Windows, and Microsoft Office suite. * Minimum desirable experience in technical support. * Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
