The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, serving as the single point of contact to ensure a seamless experience. This includes processing orders, coordinating fulfillment, providing timely information to customers, and quickly and effectively resolving any issues. **Responsibilities** * Manage the complete order cycle, from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and follow-up at every stage. * Act as a trusted partner to customers by responding to inquiries, identifying opportunities to meet their needs, and offering practical solutions that strengthen business relationships. * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering a professional and consistent experience that fosters trust. * Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and internal teams to share updates, resolve challenges, and keep processes running efficiently. * Collaborate with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment where knowledge and best practices are shared. * Quickly identify and resolve problems, proactively managing order discrepancies, delays, or other issues. * Adapt to additional tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs. **Requirements** * University degree or equivalent experience, preferably with background in related fields (e.g., sales or customer service). * At least two (2) years of customer service experience in industrial environments. * Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Intermediate level English (desirable). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management. * Proven ability to solve problems, prioritize, and multitask effectively. * Customer-focused approach with a collaborative attitude and the ability to interact confidently with internal and external partners. * Solid proficiency with computer tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. **Work Location** This is a hybrid role based at our office located in Parque Industrial Tule, Mexico City. The selected candidate will be required to attend the office three times per week. During the first month of employment, attendance will be daily onsite in order to complete the training and onboarding program.
