Personnel management and customer/employee service MAJOR AUTOMOTIVE GROUP IS SEEKING: **PAYROLL MANAGER** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * **3 years of experience in the position (Payroll Manager, Supervisor, or Coordinator).** * Proficiency in payroll calculation, payroll stamping, reconciliations, accounting, Federal Labor Law (LFT), and taxes. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Experience with ERP systems such as Compaq, NOI, or similar. * Supervision of staff (2 payroll analysts). * **Management of HR records for over 800 employees.** **Experience:** * Supervising, managing, and optimizing payroll processes (weekly and bi-weekly). * Payroll calculation, layout generation, and payroll stamping. * Severance and settlement calculations. * Drafting employment contracts, assembling personnel files, hiring, and terminations. * Processing IMSS registrations, cancellations, and transfers. * Monthly calculation of ISR on salaries, ISN, and IMSS contributions. * Direct service to customers and employees. * Filing ICSOE and SISUB declarations. * Supervision and control of INFONAVIT and FONACOT deductions. * Management, training, and development of payroll executives. **We Offer:** * Base salary of **$24,000 GROSS MONTHLY.** * KPI-based bonus **(Up to $3,500).** * Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS coverage). * Direct hiring. * Training and team support. **On-site Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Work Location:** * Benito Juárez, CDMX (5 minutes from Etiopía metro station). **Apply with your updated CV in PDF format and we will contact you.** Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $24,000.00 – $27,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Which payroll ERP system have you previously worked with?
