We do not discriminate on the basis of disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, economic status, nationality, or any other reason." **Objective**: Analyze procedures received from all claims submitted by the A&H and Life Claims department, covering various benefits such as check-ups, funeral expenses, and basic death benefits, verifying their origin and reviewing policy conditions to determine whether a claim is valid and, consequently, process the corresponding indemnity payment. **Activities**: * Review cases assigned to a claim by indexing documentation into the Apoyo system; when a case does not have an assigned claim number, verify the date of death in order to generate a record and create a reserve. * Ensure accurate indemnity analysis by verifying that the claim includes complete documentation to determine if payment is viable. * Conduct in-depth reviews of active claims by verifying policy conditions against claimed coverage to validate whether the claim is justified. * Clarify details with the commercial team by thoroughly reviewing generated conditions to resolve doubts regarding received claims.
