Executive Assistant to the Founder

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high\-level administrative and operational support to a busy Founder. The Founder is currently serving as the central point for all communications and decisions, which has created a bottleneck in daily operations. This role is essential to introduce structure, manage the Founder’s schedule and correspondence, and take ownership of critical administrative tasks, allowing the Founder to focus on strategic growth and leadership.
