**Opening:** We are seeking **remote UI/AI Specialist** to join our team in US. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM EST. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * User Interface \& Experience Design: Design clean, intuitive, responsive interfaces using modern web standards (HTML5, CSS3, WCAG accessibility guidelines, etc.). * Translate requirements and user stories into wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity UI assets. * Conduct user\-centric design iterations informed by testing, feedback, and analytics. * AI\-Enhanced Design \& Automation: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Figma AI, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate layout generation, component creation, content drafting, and workflow optimization. * Build reusable AI design prompts, templates, and automations that streamline production. * Collaborate with engineering to integrate AI\-driven elements directly into product experiences when applicable. * Front\-End Alignment: Partner with developers to ensure designs translate accurately into production\-ready components. * Maintain and evolve design systems with an AI\-accelerated approach (naming conventions, accessibility, component logic). * Ensure consistency across web, mobile, and multi\-platform experiences. * Innovation \& Research: Stay current on UI trends, AI tools, and modern front\-end frameworks. * Explore emerging AI workflows that reduce repetitive tasks and enhance creativity. * Recommend scalable solutions that keep the organization ahead of design and automation trends. ### **Requirements:** * 3\+ years in UI/UX, product design, or a related field.
