Aviva’s physical onboarding kiosks build a bridge to those living in remote communities and provide a documentless 3\-minute video onboarding for everyone in need of liquidity. This asset\-light acquisition strategy, combined with a superior risk model based on computer vision and natural language processing, will allow Aviva to offer the lowest interest rates available to today’s underserved. requirements REQUIREMENTS * Spanish fluent. * 5\+ years of industry experience in architecting and implementing full stack systems (collaborating from front\-end to backend) * Strong problem\-solving skills, proactive thinking, and the ability to work independently. * Computer Science or related field degree or equivalent experience * Developed high\-quality production\-ready software that is maintainable, scalable, performant, and secure, using development best practices, design patterns, and proven frameworks * Object Oriented Programming mindset. * Strong experience with Microsoft .NET Framework/Net Core Platform/ASP.NET Core. * Strong development skills in languages such as C\#. * Experienced with cloud native development, (Azure or AWS) * Experienced with relational and document\-oriented databases. * Experienced designing Web APIs. * Experienced with HTML5 and semantic tags * Experienced making maintainable code in CSS * Knowledge with front\-end frameworks like React or Blazor * Comfort working in modern workflows with CI/CD (container\-based local workflow with Docker, pull request creation, code review, build, test, deployment). * Served as a technical resource and mentor for engineers not only within your team but across the broader organization, giving clear and actionable feedback to help with their growth #### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the design and architecture of complex, full\-stack applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security from day one. * Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering best practices, clean code, and a culture of continuous improvement. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical strategy and translate business requirements into robust, high\-quality software solutions. * Oversee and contribute to the development of frontend, backend, and database layers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience. * Design and implement Web APIs that are reliable, maintainable, and well\-documented for internal and external consumption. * Leverage deep expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C\# to set coding standards and deliver production\-grade solutions. * Ensure the frontend is built with HTML5, semantic markup, CSS, and modern frameworks like React or Blazor, with attention to accessibility and maintainability. * Architect and optimize relational and document\-oriented database solutions to support business needs efficiently. * Champion cloud\-native development practices in Azure or AWS, making strategic decisions about infrastructure and deployment. * Drive CI/CD pipeline automation using Docker and container\-based workflows, ensuring rapid and reliable delivery to production. * Conduct and enforce code reviews, testing protocols, and quality gates to maintain high technical standards. * Proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and resolve complex technical challenges before they impact delivery timelines. * Act as a technical point of contact for cross\-functional teams, aligning product vision with technical execution. * Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation within the development team. #### **Benefits** * Join us in building our second unicorn * Attractive compensation package with stock options * Fast\-paced environment with many growth opportunities * Relocation package. * 15 annual vacation days. * Possibility to work remote.
