Location: Mexico City Schedule: Monday to Friday (rotating) + 1 Saturday per month Salary: $10,782 MXN monthly Job Objective: Provide hardware and software technical support, ensuring the proper operation of the company's equipment and systems. What will you do? Technical support for computing devices (PCs and Macs) Software installation and configuration Preventive and corrective maintenance User, email, and access administration Hardware and software inventory and control Network, structured cabling, and internet support Data backup and migration Technical incident handling What are we looking for?
