If you possess excellent project management skills and a solid understanding of industry best practices, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. ¨¨¨¨¨¨ WE ARE SEEKING ¨¨¨¨¨¨¨ *SCOPE ENGINEER* · Candidate Profile: Academic Background: University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Postgraduate Degree/Certification (Desirable/Plus): Desirable certifications: Professional license; CCRD ICREA; CDCP Uptime Institute. English: Intermediate level / B1-B2 (Capable of reading technical manuals, participating in meetings with foreign suppliers, and drafting reports) Professional Experience: 4–10 years of experience in Data Center projects Architectural design and civil works coordination Multidisciplinary engineering coordination Construction supervision and technical review Key Responsibilities: Develop engineering and architectural design for Data Center projects Prepare architectural layouts and layout of critical areas Coordinate civil works, structural, and finishing design Participate in the development of conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering Review and validate architectural and civil drawings Coordinate architectural integration with electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications disciplines Design solutions oriented toward operational continuity and maintenance Quantification and preparation of item catalogs Preparation of construction work packages Participate in technical meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers Provide technical follow-up during construction and execution Identify construction risks and propose solutions Monthly Salary Range: Fixed base salary $20,000–25,000 monthly gross Benefits Grocery vouchers Savings fund Savings box Minor medical expenses coverage Subsidized cafeteria (at corporate office in CDMX) Life insurance Laptop and mobile phone for job performance 100% IMSS contribution Direct employment with the company · IMPORTANT Travel availability: Mandatory (projects in different states or abroad).
