DESCRIPTION At Global Executive we are looking for a: Data Architect For our client, a global company specialized in developing advanced technological solutions that empower organizations through data analytics, digital transformation, and adoption of Big Data environments. With over 17 years of experience, it operates in multiple international markets and collaborates with leading companies in telecommunications, banking, retail, energy, and other key sectors. Its mission is to transform data into strategic assets, helping organizations become more agile, efficient, and competitive. The role of Data Architect will aim to design, implement, and maintain the organization's data architecture in the market, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficiency to support decision-making and business growth. Responsibilities: * Design and maintain the organizational market's data architecture. * Define data standards and ensure compliance with them. * Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models. * Implement and configure data management systems and platforms. * Administer databases and cloud storage systems. * Ensure data integrity and security. * Analyze enterprise business data needs and requirements. * Identify opportunities for improvement in current data architectures. * Stay updated on new technologies and trends in data management, proposing innovative solutions and optimizing system performance and scalability. * Collaborate with national and international development, analysis, data science, and business teams. * Communicate data architecture and changes to stakeholders. * Provide training and technical support. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, information systems, or related fields in IT, physics, and/or mathematics. At least 2 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or data science roles. Experience handling and managing large volumes of information (terabytes, \>1 billion records). Conversational English (good command, as there will be interaction with international teams). Self-taught. Technical skills: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL. Knowledge of cloud architectures. Familiarity with ETL tools. Skills in managing structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as: Java, Python, Scala, PLSQL.
