The Project Manager (PM) for the Service Delivery Team is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that enhance customer service operations across Salesforce Service Cloud, call center technologies, and associated enterprise systems. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget while supporting stakeholders across Service, IT, and operations. The PM oversees project planning, delivery governance, issue/risk management, cross\-team coordination, and ensures alignment between business outcomes and technical execution. Experience with call center environments and Salesforce Service Cloud is essential. **Key Responsibilities** **Project Planning \& Governance** * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). * Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical leaders. * Create and manage resource plans, sprint plans, and dependency schedules across teams. **Delivery Management** * Coordinate delivery teams including admins/developers, architects, QA, call center operations, and external vendors. * Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. * Track progress against milestones and provide delivery oversight to ensure projects remain on schedule. * Facilitate standups, status meetings, sprint ceremonies (as needed), and cross\-team checkpoints. **Stakeholder Communication** * Serve as a primary point of contact for Service, IT, leadership, and vendor stakeholders. * Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. * Communicate scope changes, risks, blockers, and mitigation strategies promptly and transparently. **Salesforce Service Cloud \& Call Center Coordination** * Oversee projects involving: + Case Management enhancements + Omni\-Channel routing and configuration + Knowledge base improvements + CTI/Telephony integrations + Digital service channel deployment (chat, SMS, email\-to\-case) + Agentforce AI, bots, automation, macros + Reporting and dashboard enablement * Work closely with call center supervisors to understand operational impacts and schedule testing, rollout, and training activities. **Cross\-Functional Collaboration** * Coordinate with leads across multiple teams including Salesforce Platform, Call Center Ops, QA, Training, and Change Management. * Ensure technical decisions are aligned with business needs and platform constraints. * Organize cross\-team to clarify processes, data flows, and decision points. **Risk, Issue \& Dependency Management** * Identify risks early and maintain a mitigation/contingency plan. * Monitor and escalate project issues that impact scope, timelines, or budget. * Track dependencies (e.g., telephony provider updates, Service Cloud features, data integrations) that affect overall delivery. **Testing \& Deployment Support** * Coordinate UAT cycles, testing schedules, and defect triage with QA and business testers. * Ensure all deployment readiness tasks—training, documentation, release notes, support models—are completed before go\-live. * Work with technical teams to verify production launch plans, rollback strategies, and post\-deployment validation. **Change Management \& Adoption** * Partner with Training and Change Management teams to prepare end users for new functionality. * Ensure communication plans, job aids, and knowledge articles are delivered ahead of launch. **Qualifications** **Required** * 4\+ years of project management experience in IT, CRM, or customer service systems. * Proven track record delivering projects in environments using Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM/service platforms. * Strong knowledge of call center operations, service workflows, and telephony/CTI systems. * Experience managing cross\-functional technical teams. * Solid command of project management methodologies. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. **Preferred** * Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, or Business Analyst) a strong plus. * Experience with: + Agentforce or AI\-driven service capabilities + Workforce management tools + Knowledge\-centered support (KCS) + Nonprofit or healthcare customer service operations * PMP, CSM, PMI\-ACP, or similar certifications. **Role Attributes** * Highly organized and detail\-oriented. * Strong facilitator with excellent follow\-up discipline. * Able to translate business needs into actionable project plans. * Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. \#ProjectManager \#SalesforceServiceCloud \#Salesforce \#CustomerExperience \#CallCenter \#CRM \#Agile \#RemoteJobs \#LATAM Track post\-launch adoption and escalate needs for enhancements or support.

**About Us:**Red Stag is in the business of buying and selling land across the United States. Essentially, we buy land from owners at a discount that they do not want, or no longer need, or just don't care about. Oftentimes they bought the property for some reason, for instance, to build a cabin, but they've given up on that dream now and they're willing to sell at a discount because they're older and getting the most they can for the land isn't the most important thing to them anymore. Imagine you have a garage sale and you’re selling a guitar. You've put a price tag on there for $10 and then someone came up to you and said, "I'll give you $5 right now." You don't necessarily love that offer, but it's a garage sale after all, and they have $5, so you give them the discount and move on. That's what we do with land owners. The only thing is… we reach out to them first and see if they want to sell. If they do, we provide them a discounted offer. Some people say yes, it’s a numbers game. **What You’ll Do:** * You will be cold calling to generate leads and also closing those same leads. This is a hybrid cold caller \+ sales closer position. (\~2000 to \~2700 cold calls per day). * Have conversations with leads to qualify them based on timeline, motivation, and price. * Once you've found a warm/hot lead, your job is to spend quality time with this on the phone to understand their situation, learn about the property, uncover their true motivations, determine their asking price, make an offer and then negotiate to close the deal. * This sales position is sort of like fishing. Once you've found a good lead, you should stop cold calling and reel them as fast as you can. * It typically takes between 1 to 3 calls to get a landowner to sign a contract (if they're interested in selling). Follow up is key. **Monthly KPI You’ll Need To Hit:** * 20,000 to 40,000 dials per month * 15 to 20 hot leads per month. * 1 to 3 signed contracts per month. **What Your Day Will Look Like:** * 80% of your day will consist of calling new land owners. * 20% of your day will consist of having conversations with warm/hot leads, handling sales objections, sending contracts, reviewing contracts over the phone with leads, following up with leads over phone/txt/email. **Typical Sales Call Flow:** * First Call/Cold Call: determine if they want to sell, what they want for it, what their true motivation is for selling, learn about the condition of the land, etc. Book a follow\-up call for the next day for a finalized offer on their property. * Offer Call: Provide the seller with a finalized offer that our internal assessor determined based on the condition of the property and our internal budget. Negotiate up to a Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) **Who We’re Looking For:** * At least 2 years of experience in phone sales or a call center environment. * Real estate experience is NOT required, just the gift of the gab. If you're great at sales and conversationalist, then you will succeed here. We will teach you everything you need to know about real estate. * Zero foreign accent (South African/British accent is OK). Our leads are very sensitive to foreign accents and you will need to come up as an American over the phone. * You prefer to follow a sales framework over a script. You’re having real conversations with real human beings. Scripts make you robotic. Of course there’s standard information you’re going to need to grab from leads but your ability to connect with folks and navigate conversations naturally is going to make you the most successful. * You have experience with cold calling. * You're able to explain the common types of objections and how to overcome them. * You have experience working with a CRM such as Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, etc. * You take pride in taking good call notes and staying organized.
