Reserves meeting rooms through Outlook, including any special meeting requests. Supports messaging and gift registration according to policy. Maintains daily reports on activities related to their duties and monitors their status. Receives communications from government institutions. Manages parking courtesy calls for visitors. Manages transportation services, registering and checking services monthly.
