




Administrative Assistant with Purchasing Experience Graduate in Administrative or Economic fields, * 1 to 3 years of purchasing experience. * Highly organized * Multitasking ability * Intermediate English level * Strong Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); test will be administered. * Teamwork orientation Responsibilities: * Monitor and review customer portfolio lease contract expirations. * Handle resale and vehicle sales processes from start to finish. * Coordinate vehicle pickups at supplier facilities. * Provide customer service for any end-of-lease requirements. * Collaborate with internal business partners regarding process defects. * Ensure all vehicle sales are properly documented, meeting metric expectations.
