




Cenegenics, due to expansion, invites you to join our team; we are seeking a candidate for the reception role. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Must have a professional presence and convey an excellent corporate image. **Responsibilities:** · Receive and attend visitors, directing them according to internal company procedures. · Strictly adhere to assigned work schedule · Manage conference room setup, screens, printer, ambient music, air conditioning · Purchase stationery and supplies for patients and internal staff · Properly manage visitor flow and ensure their well-being · Monitor expenses and verify documentation (petty cash management) · Follow up on administrative emails and supplier communications · Schedule laboratory tests and patient follow-ups · Ensure patient studies/tests/records are organized and up to date · Guide and provide information to patients during evaluations (instructions prior to each test or exam) · Serve as administrative liaison between doctors and patients regarding payments · Monitor entrance security as an observer · Answer patient calls and take messages for forwarding to the medical team · Perform administrative tasks (supply requests, sending and receiving correspondence) that support smooth clinic operations · Properly store and safeguard invoices and other documents under your responsibility · Manage billing and payments with patients and suppliers · Support sales activities and customer follow-up · Conduct outbound customer service calls to generate evaluation appointments (HOT LEADS) · Attend patients visiting the clinic and direct them to appropriate areas · Process payments via point-of-sale terminals (bank payment terminals) · Issue invoices and assist in monthly closing processes · Coordinate and supervise the clinic's cleaning services **Mandatory Skills:** · Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Experience with patient/customer management and tracking platforms · Thorough understanding of invoicing and monthly closing procedures · Experience handling bank transaction terminals **What We Expect From You** · Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or receptionist (experience in clinics and hospitals is highly valued) · Excellent corporate appearance · Positive interaction with clients, colleagues, and visitors · Ability to plan, organize, and efficiently manage time · Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively · Multitasking skills with ability to prioritize daily workload · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Strong social skills with emotional intelligence · Assertive communication · Positive mindset, empathy, and excellent attitude · Service-oriented and patient-focused attitude · Adaptability to change · Teamwork and flexibility · Discretion and confidentiality · Flexible availability **Education Level** · Technical Administrative High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree **Additional Education** · Basic to intermediate level of English (preferred) **What You Can Expect From Us** · Opportunity to work with a team of globally recognized professionals in preventive medicine · Excellent facilities · Direct employment with the company · Competitive salary (based on knowledge, skills, and experience) · Statutory benefits · Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm · Work location: Santa Fe Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite contract * Company phone Workplace: On-site
