




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the Purchasing Department to support supplier management, expense administration, and catalog expansion, with experience in Office tools and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in Supplier Management and Administration 2. Assistance in Handling Expense Projection Reports 3. Expansion of the Supplier/Product Catalog WE ARE LOOKING FOR PERSONNEL FOR THE PURCHASING DEPARTMENT TO JOIN THE TRITON FACTORY TEAM. *Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). *Experience in the Purchasing area *Knowledge of any ERP, CRM or other system *Time availability *Valid driver's license *Support in Supplier Management and Administration *Assistance in Handling Expense Projection Reports. *Review of expense vouchers *Expansion of the Supplier/Product Catalog *Audit of production costs. *Collecting and reviewing supplier materials *Online and/or on-site cost estimation *Tracking costs following significant changes *Support in Purchase Order tracking via ERP We Offer Working Hours: Monday–Friday 09:00 AM–06:30 PM; Saturday 09:00 AM–02:00 PM Bi-weekly Payment Time Availability Work Location: Barrio Santa Barbara, Iztapalapa. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education – General High School Diploma Years of Experience Knowledge Areas: Decision Making, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Supplier Negotiation, Supplier Payments, Supplier Relationship Management Driver's License: Type A Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
