Ensuring quality standards and brand guidelines Job Description: We are looking for a Project Coordinator for the Photography department, responsible for coordinating and ensuring the proper execution of visual production projects for our product portfolio. This role is critical to guaranteeing that content meets quality standards, established timelines, and brand guidelines. · Requirements: 3 years of experience in project management within creative areas (audiovisual production, photography, product marketing, or similar). Desirable experience in manufacturing, retail, or tools industries. Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, or others). Knowledge of photographic production processes (product and e-commerce). Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Completion is mandatory. · Key Responsibilities: Coordinate product photography projects for both new and existing products (requests, sample receipt, assignment). Manage visual production resources: personnel, equipment, and supplies. Ensure proper receipt of creative briefs and validate deliverables with requesting departments. Monitor project progress and generate executive reports. Guarantee compliance with visual standards and brand guidelines. Maintain up-to-date corporate photo database and catalog. Implement improvements in production processes and visual quality.
