Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage weekly and biweekly payroll processes, tax calculations, IMSS transactions, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive payroll management, including tax and variable calculations. 2. Management of SAT, IDSE, and SUA portals, and knowledge of Infonavit and Fonacot. 3. Payroll-related support and assistance to employees. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (degree completed). Residence within one hour of the workplace. Experience with payroll systems/ERP. Proficiency in SAT, IDSE, and SUA portals. Knowledge of Infonavit and Fonacot. Experience in weekly and biweekly payroll processing. Knowledge of tax and variable calculations. Key Responsibilities Receiving and tracking payroll incidents. Calculating overtime hours (double and triple time). Preparing pre-payroll and payroll (weekly and biweekly). Generating disbursement layouts. Calculating federal and state taxes. Processing IMSS transactions (registrations, terminations, and modifications). Generating accounting vouchers. Processing IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot payments. Supporting audits and financial reviews. Calculating risk premium. Providing employee support and assistance. What Do We Offer?
