RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Level 1 technical support—on-site or remotely—to users in CDMX, remote locations, and SLATAM. Document all activities in the system. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. WORK LOCATION: Torre Mayor, CDMX. Rotating schedule between 7:00–22:00 hrs, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday shift per month (8:00–17:00 or 10:00–19:00), rotating monthly.
