Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of Software and Hardware. Backup user data stored on their work devices. Configure and install LAN networks. Operate required computer systems and devices. Collaborate in logging and tracking technical support and equipment maintenance requests. Provide direct and remote user support in Help Desk. Track incidents and requests until full resolution. Basic cybersecurity knowledge (prevention, types of attacks, effective risk response, and disaster recovery). Directly support Junior Engineers in support and engineering. Reporting and presentation of results. Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. Technical skills in assembly, diagnosis, maintenance, repair, upgrading, installation, and configuration of software, computers, and peripheral devices. Support for devices and end users.
