REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Information Technologies, or related field. (NOT STUDENTS). Knowledge of on-site and remote first-level technical support. Microsoft 365 environment. VPN knowledge. Prior experience working with ticketing systems is preferred. Strong interest in technical support. Professional appearance. No visible tattoos. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide first-level technical support—remotely or on-site—to users in CDMX, other Mexican states, and LATAM. Document all activities in the system. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. WORK LOCATION: Torre Mayor, CDMX. Rotating work schedule Monday through Friday, from 7:00 to 22:00 hrs; one Saturday shift per month (covering only regular working hours).
