Create and modify REST web services; write SQL and SOSL queries; use Data Loader. Database management (SQL preferred). Create reports, flows, custom fields, and configurations in Salesforce. Analyze and resolve software technical issues. Monitor proper usage of platforms. Collaborate on continuous improvement of development processes. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Administration, IT Systems Engineering, or Systems Developer/Programmer. Software development experience. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, Salesforce CRM, PHP, SQL, HTML. Ability to work in a collaborative environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
