Assemble orders placed via the Internet, ensuring quality and freshness expectations set by customers. Supervise and coordinate personnel under your responsibility, guaranteeing on-time and accurate delivery of goods to customers' addresses. Ensure fulfillment of customer orders by supervising and coordinating staff for order assembly and shipment, so customers receive their orders on time and exactly as requested. Open, close, and process payments for orders by consulting the system for order details. Supervise and coordinate staff for payment collection. Maintain direct contact with customers when necessary to ensure service satisfaction and encourage repeat orders, thereby increasing store sales. Manage documentation and administrative tasks, generating sales and stock-out reports, tracking orders and associated expenses to maintain control over costs and revenues, aiming to generate profit while avoiding inventory loss or fluctuation. Perform mathematical operations; use computers to generate and prepare reports; resolve customer-related issues. What do we offer?
