You must possess solid understanding of cooking techniques and methods for preparing fresh food. A 60-day training period will be assigned at one of the following locations: Plaza Universidad Parque Delta Reforma 222 Perisur Parque Tepeyac CETRAM 4 Caminos Fashion Mall Tlalnepantla Galerías Coapa Plaza Carso · Upon completion, you will be assigned to one of the 45 available branches in the Metropolitan Zone. Experience: More than ONE YEAR of recent experience in value-added cuisine (Mexican, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Mediterranean, Spanish, or similar). Preferably currently employed or having recently concluded employment. Job Description: Operation of fryers, stoves, griddles, and woks Inventory and supply control Preparation of dishes according to established recipes Assistance in store opening and/or closing Maintaining the buffet bar fully stocked at all times Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 11 AM to 9 PM, with midweek day off. 30-minute lunch break. We Offer: Monthly gross salary of $11,000 during training. After training, salary increases to $12,000 based on technical and practical evaluation. Daily meals (free of charge) Important: These are fast-food outlets, so customers typically do not leave tips. Payroll cutoff dates: 15th and 30th of each month; payment dates: 5th and 20th, with no float days.
