General Requirements: Education: High school diploma (minimum). Age: 25 years or older. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service. Appearance: EXECUTIVE APPEARANCE MANDATORY. Essential Requirements: MANDATORY availability to work from 9:50 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 9:50 AM to 6:00 PM. MANDATORY availability to attend a paid training program in Polanco lasting 1–2 weeks, Monday through Saturday. Documentation: Tax Status Certificate. Verifiable Experience: Employment references will be checked. Knowledge and Skills: Organization and multitasking: coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and documentation without compromising service quality. Customer service protocols and experience: best practices for receiving, guiding, and accompanying patients during their visit. Audiology products and services: basic knowledge of hearing aids, accessories, and fitting processes. (Training provided prior to start.) What Will You Do Daily? Attend to patients and visitors: receive, guide, and provide clear information about products and services. Ensure a positive in-store experience: supervise that the space is welcoming, resolve questions, and proactively address customer needs. Support hearing aid fitting: assist specialists in preparing devices and explain basic care instructions to patients. · Work Location: Inside Walmart Miramontes · What Do We Offer?
