




Job Summary: This role involves managing mobile telephony incidents, identifying root causes, and ensuring timely resolution within SLA through analytical skills and under pressure. Analytical mindset and tolerance for working under pressure REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Networks, Computer Science, Electronics, or related to telecommunications. * 1 year of experience * General knowledge of mobile telephony infrastructure * 50% English proficiency * Analytical mindset * Tolerance for working under pressure RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage failure incidents associated with mobile telephony issues. * Identify potential root causes to resolve issues, or otherwise escalate to the appropriate team and provide follow-up until prompt resolution within SLA.
