Job Summary: We are seeking a Bodywork and Painting Advisor to provide personalized service and manage the repair process for accident-damaged vehicles, coordinating with insurance companies, parts suppliers, and repair shops. We are looking for a Bodywork and Painting Advisor to deliver personalized service to our customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience. Main Responsibilities: Receiving accident-damaged or damaged vehicles; preparing repair orders and visual inspection reports; managing communication with insurance companies and adjusters; coordinating with parts suppliers and repair shops; tracking repair progress and final vehicle delivery. Requirements: • Technical high school diploma or related field (automotive engineering preferred). • Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor or bodywork advisor in an automotive dealership. • Knowledge of collision repair, painting, DMS, CRM, and parts management. • Customer orientation, organizational skills, and effective communication.
