We are looking for Systems Engineers, Computer Science graduates, or related fields, who enjoy teamwork and are passionate about infrastructure projects in the restaurant sector. Join Grupo Califa! Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support and assistance to internal and external collaborators. * Respond to and manage incidents via various communication channels (in-person, remote, email, or ticketing system). * Train users on office tools, equipment, and software usage. * Track, administer, document, and close tickets using support platforms. * Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement precise solutions. * Maintain an updated technical knowledge base with incidents and resolutions. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, and configuration of computers, peripherals, and mobile devices. * Configure computers, printers, IP telephony, and other technological devices. * Ensure proper operation of hardware, software, servers, and network equipment. Availability to travel to branches located in CDMX and EDOMEX. Experience: Networking knowledge. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. Flexible working hours. Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Remote and on-site assistance. General technical support knowledge. IMPORTANT: A hands-on knowledge assessment will be administered.
