Lead management and potential customer service A major motorcycle assembly company, expanding its operations, is seeking: BDC ANALYST Who will be responsible for managing and promptly following up on leads generated through various channels, ensuring effective service to potential customers, with the goal of generating qualified appointments and contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives. Responsibilities: Handle leads originating from digital channels (website, social media, portals, campaigns). Make immediate contact with prospects via telephone, WhatsApp, or email. Profile potential customers to identify needs and sales opportunities. Schedule appointments with the sales department, ensuring complete and accurate information. Provide continuous follow-up to prospects until appointments are confirmed or closed. Timely register and update information in the CRM system. Meet customer service quality standards. Support prospecting and database reactivation campaigns. Generate activity and results reports. Maintain an organized and up-to-date database. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, telesales, or call center roles.
