




**Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of staff (posting vacancies, conducting interviews, candidate follow-up). * Preparation of contracts, personnel files, and documentation. * Attendance tracking, incident management, and support in payroll administration. * Implementing and monitoring onboarding, training, and organizational development programs. * Support in drafting policies, internal regulations, and official communications. * Follow-up on employee engagement surveys, turnover analysis, and performance evaluations. * Providing employee support on HR-related matters. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 1\-2 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of recruitment processes, hiring procedures, and labor legislation. * Proficiency in Office software (intermediate/advanced Excel skills). * Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
