Job Description We are seeking a Technical Draftsperson / Project Architect with experience in developing, modifying, and updating drawings, layouts, renders, and technical documentation for infrastructure, network, telecommunications, and electronic security projects. The ideal candidate must be proficient in technical drawing tools such as AutoCAD and capable of transforming site surveys, operational requirements, and client needs into clear, professional, and functional drawings for project execution. Additionally, technical knowledge in CCTV, alarm systems, access control, networks, and structured cabling is required, enabling the candidate to technically understand installation scope, provide documentary support to engineering and operations, and collaborate in basic technical support when necessary. Position Objective To develop and maintain up-to-date graphical and technical project documentation—including drawings, layouts, diagrams, renders, and visual deliverables—ensuring accurate representation of infrastructure and electronic security solutions to be implemented. The candidate must also provide technical support for understanding, validating, and documenting systems such as CCTV, alarms, networks, and access control. Key Responsibilities Develop drawings, layouts, diagrams, and technical drawings for infrastructure and electronic security projects. Interpret site surveys, client requirements, technical scopes, and operational needs to accurately reflect them in graphical documentation. Design conduit routing, cable pathways, node distribution, and placement of cameras, readers, panels, cabinets, racks, and equipment. Generate installation drawings, as-built drawings, executive drawings, and operational layouts. Support the creation of renders and presentation views for proposals or project validation. Modify, update, and correct drawings according to engineering changes or actual field conditions. Support operations and engineering with clear technical documentation for project execution and closure. Review consistency among drawings, sold scopes, and actual site conditions. Participate in technical site surveys when required. Prepare visual documentation for client deliverables. Provide technical interpretation support for projects related to CCTV, alarms, access control, networks, and telecommunications. Support basic analysis of network diagrams, topologies, and device connections. Provide documentary and coordination technical support for electronic security and infrastructure projects. Monitor adherence to drafting standards, nomenclature, layers, symbology, and document organization. Coordinate with sales, operations, engineering, and supervision teams to keep project technical information updated.
